Version 2026-10-21
How the Larpmaxx Ambassador program, our referral program, works: who can join, what you earn, when you can use it, and the rules for posting your code.
These terms apply to everyone in the program from October 21, 2026. There is nothing to accept: taking part after a change is posted is your acceptance (section 13). The levels apply to your referrals' payments from October 21, 2026.
The Larpmaxx Ambassador program is our referral program. Share your code or link, for example in videos you post. A new customer who uses it gets 50% off their first payment. You earn a one-time reward for each plan they buy: $5.00 for their first Starter payment, $15.00 for their first Premier payment and $25.00 for a Lifetime purchase. As your own paying customers add up, your level rises, a Lifetime sale earns more, and you also earn a share of your customers' renewals for a time (section 5). You can use your rewards as credit on your Larpmaxx bill, as a free period of a Larpmaxx plan, or toward Lifetime (each worth 1.5× the reward), or take them as cash.
These terms add to the Larpmaxx Terms of Service. Where the two differ about the program, these terms apply. Sharing your code and publishing content about Larpmaxx under these terms is permitted despite section 3.1 of the Terms of Service.
You earn only from people you refer yourself — never from people they refer, and never for getting anyone to join as an ambassador. There are no prizes, draws or contests in this program, and nothing in it promises that you will earn any amount.
Anyone with a Larpmaxx account in good standing can join by accepting these terms on the referral page. One membership per person.
We may refuse, pause or end a membership for a breach of these terms, for fraud, or to comply with the law. While a membership is paused, codes stop working for new customers, new rewards are held, and rewards cannot be used. We can pause an account that has earned rewards without joining in the same way.
Every member has a default code, made when they join if they do not have one already. Members may also choose one custom code of 4 to 20 letters and numbers.
You can change your custom code once every 30 days and own at most 5 custom codes in total. Older custom codes keep working for you and are never given to anyone else, unless we disabled the code and nobody was ever referred through it: then we may release it, for example to the person whose name it is.
A custom code may not be another person's or a brand's name unless they agree. We may refuse or disable any code that is offensive, misleading, impersonates a person, brand, bank or Larpmaxx itself, or resembles another code. Codes are not property and cannot be sold or transferred.
A referral is a person who has never paid Larpmaxx before and who either (a) pays their first payment with your code applied, or (b) creates or signs in to their account through your link, or applies your code on the Larpmaxx Billing page, and makes their first payment within 90 days.
If a person applies someone else's code at their first payment, that code wins over any link. Otherwise the first link a person used counts. Once a person has made their first payment, they stay your referral for the rest of the earning period.
You cannot refer yourself. Purchases by you, by another account of yours, paid with your card, or paid for by you on someone else's behalf do not count.
For each referral, you earn a one-time reward for each plan they pay for: $5.00 on their first Starter payment, $15.00 on their first Premier payment, and $25.00 when they buy Lifetime (more at a higher level, below). Each reward is earned once per referral and plan, only on that first payment for the plan, and only if that payment is made within 12 months of the referral's first payment to Larpmaxx. A move to Premier that is billed straight away as a prorated payment counts as the first Premier payment. Any later payment for a plan the referral has already paid for earns nothing, except a renewal as the levels below allow. A plan counts as used once it has earned you a reward, under these terms or the previous ones, even if that reward was later reduced, reversed or cancelled.
Levels. Your level counts your paying customers: referrals whose first payment was recorded and not voided. A referral counts toward your level from their first payment, which is itself paid at the level that payment reaches. Rookie, to start: the rewards above, and renewals earn nothing. Pro, from 5 paying customers: $40.00 for a Lifetime purchase, and 25% of each renewal Larpmaxx collects from a referral, after any discount or account credit and excluding taxes, rounded down to the cent, for renewals paid within 3 months of that referral's first payment. Elite, from 15 paying customers: $50.00 for a Lifetime purchase, and 40% of each renewal Larpmaxx collects from a referral, after any discount or account credit and excluding taxes, rounded down to the cent, for renewals paid within 6 months of that referral's first payment. Your level when a payment is made decides what it earns; rewards already recorded are never recalculated, and a level never goes down because a reward is later reduced, but a voided referral stops counting.
The streak boost: while you hold a posting streak of at least 7 days when a renewal is paid, your share of that renewal goes up 10 percentage points. Only posts we have checked count toward this streak: a post counts when we confirm it is yours, about Larpmaxx and follows section 9. The boost never applies at a level with no renewal share.
The levels and the streak boost apply to payments made from October 21, 2026, whichever version of these terms you accepted. We may change or end the levels, the renewal shares and the streak boost at any time; a change applies only to payments made after it takes effect.
A reward is never more than the money Larpmaxx actually collected from the payment it comes from, after any discount or account credit and excluding taxes.
Rewards are calculated and shown in US dollars. If we change the reward amounts, the change applies only to payments made after it takes effect.
If you accepted the version of 2026-10-05: payments your referrals make before November 5, 2026 earn as that version said, 25% of each payment Larpmaxx collects from your referral during the 12 months that start with their first payment, after any discount or account credit and excluding taxes, rounded down to the cent. Payments made from November 5, 2026, or from when you accept this version if that is sooner, earn the rewards above. Rewards already recorded are never recalculated.
A reward can be used as credit, a free period or toward Lifetime 14 days after the payment it came from, and taken as cash 60 days after that payment.
Some rewards are held while we check them, for example when a payment is flagged by our payment provider, is disputed, matches a pattern of self-referral, or arrives in an unusual burst. While we deal with abuse of the program we may also hold all new rewards for a short time. Held rewards are released or cancelled after review.
There are three ways to use rewards on Larpmaxx itself, and cash. Which ones you can use depends on your plan; the referral page shows them.
Bill credit: available while you have a Larpmaxx plan that renews, including during a free period of one. It uses your whole usable balance (at least $1.00) and adds 1.5× that amount as credit to your Larpmaxx account, which is taken off your next bills automatically. Credit has no cash value and is not refundable.
A free period of a plan: available when you have no Larpmaxx subscription, Lifetime plan or creator account. You choose Starter or Premier, and your usable balance, valued at 1.5×, becomes whole days of that plan, at most 730 days; any amount too small for a full day stays in your balance. You start the free period at checkout with a payment card. It starts when any access you already have ends. When it ends, the plan continues as a normal subscription and your card is charged the plan's normal price each week (Starter) or month (Premier) until you cancel; cancel before the free period ends and you pay nothing. If you do not finish checkout, nothing is used.
Lifetime: available, unless you already have Lifetime or a creator account, once your usable balance, valued at 1.5×, covers Lifetime's $200.00 price, that is from $133.34 of rewards. That amount is used and the rest stays in your balance. If you have a subscription, we stop it so that you are never charged for it again; nothing already paid for it is refunded. Lifetime from rewards cannot be undone.
Free days without a payment card are no longer offered. Free days you already received are not affected.
Cash: available from $50.00 of cash-ready rewards. Choose PayPal, Wise, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or another way you tell us, paid in US dollars, or Interac e-Transfer in Canada, paid in Canadian dollars converted at the Bank of Canada daily exchange rate published for the last business day before we pay. We arrange each payout with you by text message at the phone number or handle you give us. We aim to pay within 14 days of your request. Larpmaxx pays the fee for sending the payment, so the amount we send is the full amount of your request; a fee your own bank, app or provider charges you to receive or convert money is yours. If we cannot pay you the way you chose, we cancel the request, the amount returns to your balance, and we tell you why. A cash request takes your whole cash-ready balance, and one can be open at a time. You must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live, and give your legal name, country, payout account and a phone number or handle we can text.
Adding or changing payout details, and asking for cash, need a recent sign-in. After you add or change payout details, cash requests open 7 days later; every page of your dashboard shows the change until then, and the referral page shows it for 30 days. We review every payout to a payout account we have not paid you at before, and may review any other.
We may pause the use of rewards, or payouts, for everyone or for one account, as section 10 says. Rewards already earned are kept while we do.
Rewards are not a bank balance, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred to another person.
If a payment is refunded, the reward from it is reduced in proportion to the amount refunded. If a payment is disputed, its reward is frozen until the dispute ends, and removed if the dispute is lost.
If a reward is reduced after you have already used it, your balance can go below zero; new rewards pay that off first. We will not ask you to pay it back, except where the reward came from fraud, where we may recover it as the law allows.
Disclose that you earn from your code in every post: put "#ad" or "Ad" at the start of every caption or post that shares your code, say it at the start of any video, and switch on the platform's own paid-promotion or branded-content setting where it has one. The captions on the referral page already do this. Advertising law requires it, including the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides in the United States and the Competition Act in Canada.
Follow the rules of every platform you post on, including its rules for branded content and promotions.
Larpmaxx is a novelty app and its screens are fictional. Make no misleading claims about Larpmaxx or about earnings: never present a Larpmaxx screen as real money, and never claim that anyone will earn money, that you earn a particular amount, or that Larpmaxx endorses you. Do not post screenshots of your rewards or earnings, and never pass off a Larpmaxx prop balance as earnings.
No spam: do not send unsolicited direct messages, comments, emails or texts in bulk, post in places where it breaks the rules, or use bots. Do not post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or put it in browser extensions. Do not buy search or social ads on the name "Larpmaxx" or its misspellings. Do not impersonate Larpmaxx or its staff, or use an account, page or handle that could be mistaken for ours.
Only send people to Larpmaxx when they choose to go: no look-alike or misspelled web addresses, automatic redirects, pop-ups, or hidden or disguised links. Do not use someone else's name or brand as a code without their agreement, do not pay for other people's purchases to earn rewards, and do not refer yourself or buy through your own code.
The posting streak: on the referral page you can add the TikTok and Instagram accounts you post from, and the link to each post you make about Larpmaxx. Add only your own posts, from your own accounts, that follow this section. A day with a post counts toward your streak in your own time zone; your streak ends after a whole day with none. Badges are for show and have no cash or other value. We may check any post, and a post we find is not yours, not about Larpmaxx, removed, or against these terms stops counting.
Referrals you get by breaking a rule in this section do not count: we void them, and rewards from them that have not been paid or used are forfeited. Breaking these rules can also lead to your membership being paused or ended (section 10).
We may pause, change or end the program, and pause payouts, at any time and for any reason. We may withhold, reverse or cancel any reward we decide, in our discretion, came from abuse, misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms, and suspend the account that earned it.
Abuse includes using a bug, loophole, error or gap in these terms or in how the program works to earn rewards, a level or a streak that the program is not meant to give, and anything done mainly to game the program rather than to refer real customers. Rewards, levels and streak days from it can be withheld, reversed or removed, even if the trick is not named in these terms.
Our decision on whether something is abuse, misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms is final, though you can still ask us to review it, as below.
Section 13 says how these terms change, and, if we end the program, what happens to the rewards you have already earned.
When we withhold, reverse or cancel rewards, cancel cash requests, disable codes or end a membership under this section, we will tell you on the referral page, and you can ask us to review it at the contact address below.
If a payment from someone you referred is lost to a card dispute (a chargeback), we pause your membership automatically while we look.
If we pause your membership, we decide within 30 days whether to restore or end it, and we tell you the reason. Held rewards are cancelled only when we decide, under this section, that they came from abuse, misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms; otherwise they are released to you.
We record which account each referral came from, the payments that earned rewards, and coded (hashed) signals about networks and cards used to detect self-referral. If you use the posting streak, we keep the TikTok and Instagram accounts you add, the links to your posts, the day each counted on and your time zone, to run your streak and check your posts. Payout details, including the phone number or handle you give us and any message you add to a cash request, are used only to arrange and make your payouts. You will never see a referral's name or email, and they never see yours. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Rewards may be taxable income where you live; you are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, we may ask for tax information or forms before paying cash and may report payments to tax authorities. We do not collect tax numbers through the app.
We may change these terms or end the program at any time. A change takes effect as soon as we post it on this page; we do not have to give notice in advance or send you an update. If you keep taking part in the program after a change is posted, for example by sharing your code or using your rewards, you accept the changed terms; there is nothing to accept on the referral page. If you do not want the changed terms, stop taking part: you keep the rewards you have already earned and can still ask us to pay them out under the terms they were earned under.
If we end the program, rewards already earned keep these terms, and you will be able to use your usable balance for at least 90 days afterwards. Cash-ready rewards that we have not withheld under section 10 are paid out: during those 90 days the $50.00 cash minimum does not apply, so you can take any cash-ready amount.
If you delete your Larpmaxx account, open cash requests are cancelled and unused rewards end. Cash out or use them first.
As an ambassador you promote Larpmaxx independently. Taking part does not make you an employee, agent or partner of Larpmaxx, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service applies to this program.
