These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Larpmaxx ("Larpmaxx," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the Larpmaxx website, dashboard, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
Larpmaxx is a novelty entertainment product that allows users to create realistic fictional cryptocurrency wallet interfaces. Larpmaxx is not a real cryptocurrency wallet and does not hold, send, receive, or connect to any real crypto assets. The Service is intended solely for personal entertainment and content creation.
3.1 Licence Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Larpmaxx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3.2 Licensed, Not Sold. The Service is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights therein, remain with Larpmaxx and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.
3.3 Licence Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (c) sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your licence to any third party; (d) use the Service for any commercial purpose; (e) circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control mechanisms; or (f) share your account credentials with any other person.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
5.1 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment processors. Larpmaxx does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
5.2 Automatic Renewal. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Larpmaxx and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will be charged the then-current rate at each renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible via your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
5.4 Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry the charge. Continued payment failures may result in suspension or termination of your access until payment is successfully processed.
5.5 Lifetime Access. A "Lifetime" or one-time purchase plan grants access for as long as Larpmaxx remains commercially available as a generally offered product. It does not guarantee perpetual operation, availability of specific features, or compatibility with all future platforms or devices.
5.6 Price Changes. We may change pricing at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of material price changes at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access granted upon purchase, refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction after use, or unused subscription time.
We may, in our sole discretion, consider refund requests where required by applicable consumer protection law or where a verifiable technical failure has prevented basic functionality. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the matter directly. We will address legitimate concerns promptly and in good faith.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, your access may be suspended or terminated, your account may be banned, and we may pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees. Initiating a chargeback for a charge you know to be valid constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You may not use the Service for fraud, deception, or any illegal activity. The Service is intended solely for personal entertainment. Using it to impersonate real financial holdings or to deceive others as to your actual financial status is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund. You may not violate any applicable law, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and authentication providers) for payment processing, hosting, and authentication. We do not control these services. Their availability, functionality, and terms may change at any time without notice. Larpmaxx assumes no responsibility for the conduct, availability, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Communications through our Discord server, support channels, or other community platforms are provided for assistance and informational purposes only. Such communications do not amend, waive, or supersede these Terms. Only a written amendment published on our website or an official written notice from an authorized representative shall modify these Terms.
All content, designs, software, trademarks, and materials associated with Larpmaxx are owned by Larpmaxx or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights through these Terms or your use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. LARPMAXX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LARPMAXX, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO LARPMAXX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Larpmaxx, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any claim that your conduct caused harm to a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your licence ends immediately and you must cease all use of the Service. No refund shall be provided except where required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the billing portal and ceasing use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice via email or through the Service at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Larpmaxx regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Time Limitation. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year of when the claim arose, or within the minimum period permitted by applicable law if longer.
