  • Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials (collected via email sign-up or third-party OAuth providers such as Google)

  • Billing identifiers: Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for payment processing (we do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (for security and fraud prevention)

  • Authentication events (sign-in timestamps, session activity, failed login attempts)
  • Subscription status and transaction metadata

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect: the specific balance values, token names, or portfolio data you configure in the Service for entertainment purposes; biometric data; precise geolocation; or content from other applications on your device.

3. Purposes for Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Authenticating users and enforcing account security and session limits
  • Communicating with you regarding your account, billing, and important service updates

  • Supabase: authentication, database hosting, and backend infrastructure
  • Stripe: payment processing, subscription management, and billing
  • Vercel: application hosting and content delivery
  • OAuth providers (e.g., Google): authentication and sign-in services

We do not control these third-party services. Your data is processed by them pursuant to their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review their policies. Larpmaxx is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your personal information may be processed and stored in countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information. We ensure that our service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and security. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where longer retention is required by law.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child without proper parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice via email or through the Service at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
